MyDresser Terms of Use

1. Accepting these terms

These terms apply to mydresser.app, the MyDresser waitlist and the MyDresser app (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. MyDresser is operated by Netanel Ze'evi on behalf of a company in formation, and these terms will move to the company once it is incorporated.

2. What MyDresser does

MyDresser is an AI personal stylist. You tell us where you are going, how you want to feel and your budget, and we suggest outfits with links to the stores that sell each item. We are not a store: we do not sell, ship or invoice products.

3. Free to use

Getting suggestions and following our shopping links is free. We do not add anything to the store's price. MyDresser is funded by affiliate commissions that stores pay us when you buy through our links.

4. Buying from stores

When you buy an item, the purchase is between you and the store, under the store's terms. Payment, shipping, returns and customer service are handled by the store. Prices, sizes and stock come from the stores and can change, so always check them on the store's site before you buy.

5. About our suggestions

  • Suggestions are made automatically by AI and are for inspiration only. They are not professional advice.
  • You are responsible for choosing what to buy and wear, including size and fit.
  • Commission rates do not decide which items we suggest.
  • Virtual try-on images are an illustration and may not match how an item really looks on you.

6. Who can use MyDresser

You must be 18 or older to join the waitlist or use the app. You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your sign-in secure. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, a launch date, or any feature.

7. Your photos

  • Photos can be uploaded only in the app, and only after you give separate consent there.
  • Upload only photos of yourself. Do not upload photos of other people or of minors.
  • You keep ownership of your photos. You allow us to use them only to give you the Service. We use them to improve our models only if you opt in separately.
  • You can delete your photos at any time. The Privacy Policy explains how long we keep them.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • break the law or anyone else's rights;
  • upload unlawful, sexual or offensive content;
  • scrape, copy or resell our content, or try to hack, overload or reverse engineer the Service;
  • interfere with affiliate tracking or create fake clicks or purchases.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, the MyDresser name and logo, and the content we create, including the suggestions, belong to us or our licensors. Brand names, product images and trademarks belong to their owners. Showing them does not mean the brand endorses MyDresser.

10. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make based on our suggestions, for purchases from stores, or for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the new terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law rules. The competent courts in Tel Aviv have exclusive jurisdiction.
