MyDresser Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
MyDresser (mydresser.app) is an AI personal stylist. It is operated by Netanel Ze'evi on behalf of a company in formation, which will become the data controller once it is incorporated. For any privacy question or request, email privacy@mydresser.app.
2. What we collect
- Waitlist: your email address. Nothing else is required.
- In the app: the details you give us to get suggestions (occasion, style, budget), and photos only if you choose to upload them.
- Automatically: basic technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, which our hosting provider uses to run and protect the site, and the clicks on shopping links that we record to measure referrals.
- We do not collect payment card details. Purchases happen on the store's site.
3. Why we use it
- Waitlist emails: to tell you about the launch, based on your consent. Joining does not sign you up for other marketing; we will send that only if you tick a separate box.
- Suggestions and try-on: to give you the Service you asked for. Photos are used only for that, based on the separate consent you give in the app.
- Running and improving the Service: to keep it working, secure, and to understand which suggestions people find useful, based on our legitimate interest.
- Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can withdraw consent at any time.
4. Sharing
- We do not sell personal data.
- We share data only with service providers that help us run the Service, such as hosting, database, email, AI and virtual try-on providers, under contracts that limit how they use it. Some of them are located outside Israel, including in the US, and we take steps to protect the data when it is transferred.
- Some shopping links are affiliate links through networks such as Awin and, later, Rakuten Advertising. When you click one, the network and the store may use cookies to record that you came from us. They handle that data under their own privacy policies.
5. Cookies
Today the site uses only cookies that it needs to work. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on the site. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for consent where the law requires it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser.
6. Retention
- Waitlist email: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
- Photos: up to 30 days, then deleted automatically, or earlier if you delete them.
- Other app data: while you use the Service, unless you ask us to delete it earlier.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law and, if it applies to you, the GDPR, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to some processing, withdraw consent, and complain to a supervisory authority. Email privacy@mydresser.app and we will answer within 30 days.
8. Children
MyDresser is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect children's data. If you think a child gave us data, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Security
We use encryption in transit, private storage for photos and access controls to protect your data. No system is fully secure.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version, and we will tell waitlist members by email about material changes.
